421. Any writing, object or advertising material relating to an election must bear the name of the printer or manufacturer and the name and title of the official agent or deputy official agent who had it produced.
Any election advertisement published in a newspaper or other publication must mention the name and title of the official agent or deputy official agent who had it published.
In any election advertisement broadcast on radio or television or circulated by means of any other information medium or technology, the name and title of the official agent or deputy official agent must be mentioned at the beginning or at the end of the advertisement.

421. Every printer or manufacturer who furnishes any writing, object or advertising material relating to an election shall indicate therein or thereon his name and address and the name and title of the official agent or deputy, as the case may be, who caused it to be produced.
Every owner of a newspaper or other publication in which an advertisement is published shall indicate the name and title of the official agent or deputy, as the case may be, who caused it to be published.
Every radio or television broadcaster who broadcasts an advertisement shall indicate the name and title of the official agent or deputy, as the case may be, at the beginning or at the end of the advertisement.
